At Pure Essential, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Return Shipping Fee

A flat return shipping fee of $2.00 applies to all returns. This amount will be deducted from your refund at the time of processing.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase.
  • Opened aroma diffusers, personal care, or hygiene-related products.
  • Gift cards.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at pureessential.shop1@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • The $2.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund total.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at pureessential.shop1@gmail.com.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll make it right at no additional cost — the $2.00 return fee is waived in such cases.
